Sunstone Residences is designed as a condo hotel of luxury
characteristics offering exclusivity
on one of the most
attractive locations on the Montenegrin Riviera.
In Montenegro, in the heart of the Mediterranean, you can find exactly what you dream of when you imagine your ideal holiday: secluded coves, azure color of the sea, rivers, mountains, lakes, olive groves, Venetian palaces, islets with churches, landscapes of surreal beauty, warmth and friendliness of the people. When strolling through the narrow streets of old towns, every step is like taking a walk through history: Ancient period, Gothic period, Renaissance and Baroque flow into a modern life and continue together. Abundance of fresh fish, cheeses, wine and olives, as well as the specialties of local producers will give delight even to the most sophisticated gourmets.
The facility is designed as a condo hotel and consists
of 15 luxury accommodation units and a single
penthouse. Apartments are quite spacious with surface
areas varying from 72 to 481 sq m, organized in five
floors (ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor and
4th floor) and have high-quality furnishing.
As the part of the interior design there is top-quality
and state-of-the-art Miele equipment built-in into all
kitchens (Germany).
Natural stone and marble with simple lines in classical
style are the basic characteristics of the material used
for bathrooms when top-quality equipment is a must:
Villeroy & Bosch bathroom fixtures (Germany) and
Dornbracht and Hansgrohe faucets (Germany).
In all apartments the parquette of the brand Listone
Giordano Parquet Heritage Filigrana Firenze and
Reserve Mareggiata Oak (Italy) is used as flooring.
The interior is also adorned by ceramics Graniti
Fiandre (Italy).
It takes only a short car ride to get to Sunstone Residences Complex from three international airports - Tivat (33 km), Dubrovnik (123 km) and Podgorica (64 km). Montenegro is sea-connected to the world. The border crossings are in the ports Bar, Budva, Kotor and Zelenika (Herceg Novi). The ferries regularly operate at Bar-Bari ferry route, whereas they operate occasionally at Bar-Ancona ferry route. Private boats can quickly and easily reach the spectacular islands of the Dalmatian and Greek coasts across the Adriatic Sea and further off to other parts of the Mediterranean.
